type='text'>Thanksgiving this year consisted of a lot of driving and not really a lot of time with family.  We left late Wednesday evening for my sisters-in-law's house.  Haydn sleeps horribly anywhere but his own bed, so our plan was to travel at bedtime so kids would sleep and we could just carry them in and put them to bed.  It didn't go quite as smoothly as we hoped.  Haydn woke up husband and I joined several of his siblings, their wife and/or date, and a couple friends to attend the U of A vs. ASU game in Tempe.  Half of us were cheering for the right team and the other half chose ASU.  

I must say, it has been awhile since I have attended a college event and came to the realization that I am old.  All around us were half naked, drunk college kids.  </summary><link rel='replies' type='text'>This weekend was marvelous.  My beautiful sister-in-law, Raimee, went through the Temple for the first time in preparation for her upcoming mission to Guatemala in January.  It was so fun treats with the girls.  We made spider cookies and bones for treats, as well as witches brew to drink.  The girls did a great job of singing their songs.

Farms pumpkin patch.  My brother-in-law, Riley, and his girlfriend, Briana, also accompanied us.  I read the time they opened wrong and we ended up getting there an hour early.  Luckily, they still let us in and told us we could do the mazes while we waited.  They had quite a bit of things to do, and we probably spent about two hours there.</summary><link rel='replies' Yesterday, after hearing Riley address me as Destiny, Allie says, "Why does Riley call you Destiny.  That's so rude."  "That's my name." finally got around to taking Allie to the doctor for the white spots on her arms.  Turns out it is tinea versicolor.  Which is basically a non-contagious yeast infection that causes white circular patches on the skin.  To treat it, we have to cover the affected areas with Selsun Blue.  Unfortunately, I am not very good at remembering this, or I do remember but not when we have the 30 minutes "Yes, he is," she insisted and proceeded to take off the diaper I had just coerced on to show me.  "Right here," she said pointing to his penis.  He's missing that part.

Put $350 towards debt each month.
Have family prayer and scripture study in the morning.  
Go on a date once a month.
Read through the Book of Mormon again.

This year, I am doing play group.  Ellawyn isn't really old enough for preschool.  Technically, since she will turn three by the end of this year, I could probably find a preschool/joy school co-op for her, but the reality is, I have a four month old and don't particularly want to put in the effort. We did this once before after having Ellawyn and it turned out well.  I will say I much prefer the other hotel we stayed at as opposed to this one.  It was worth the extra money.  I will say this time we got what we paid for; it wasn't awful, but it wasn't awesome either. He is such a wonderful baby.  He's happy most of the time and pretty laid back, even when sister's are pestering him--which is often.
